
The agency arranged a partnership between Chinook Winds Casino, The Factory Stores outlet and an adjacent hotel/motel – the Shilo Inn. All three properties are located within two miles of one another in the municipality of Lincoln City, Oregon.

Results: The partnership paid one third each for the promotional advertising/collateral and all three reaped benefits from the offers by bringing in hotel guests, gamers and shoppers during a normally slower season.
Shilo Inn received 2,587 Triple Pay room reservations generating more than $400,000 in sales during a rainy shoulder season. Factory Stores redeemed 2,287 coupon books increasing their database by 204% and $104,607 in additional sales. Chinook Winds Casino redeemed 1,738 coupon books.
The International Council of Shopping Centers awarded the campaign a Merit award and a SASI. The recognition of the campaign positioned the Factory Stores with some of the top and most exclusive shopping centers and malls in the world.
